Access to the online yoga classes and/or digital content is granted immediately after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly requests the immediate start of the service.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Article 59 of the EU Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services once their execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

By purchasing the service, the customer:

• expressly agrees to the immediate start of the service, and

• acknowledges and accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal.

5. Refund Policy

Once an online or live yoga lession, a yoga lesson package or a pre-payment for retreat has been purchased and access to the service has been granted, no refunds will be issued, including in cases of non-attendance, partial use, or change of mind.

Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on the website.

6. User Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate in yoga activities. The provider shall not be held liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in the classes.
