About Me

Veterinarian by training, life explorer, yoga teacher by passion.
Until a few years ago, this was my automatic answer when someone asked me, “Who are you?” My profession seemed to perfectly match my identity… almost erasing it.
I was born in a small town in the Alps of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy, and at 18, I moved to Bologna to pursue my studies.
That first move away from home made me realize that there is so much more to life than just a profession or a job.
We are far more than a title or a role.
We are passions, experiences, transformations. And for me, yoga has become one of those paths that helps you truly understand who you are.
I came to yoga almost by chance. After 18 years of dance, I felt the need to reconnect with the awareness of movement in space. I began practicing sporadically… until the 2020 lockdown in Bern, Switzerland.
There, in the solitude of a foreign city, in a home that wasn’t really mine, I felt the need to create a daily routine that anchored me, day by day.
In that silence, I discovered a new space within myself.
Since then, wherever there is enough space for my mat, there is also space to find a bit of peace: on a beach by the ocean, in a cabin in the mountains, or in the middle of the jungle. It’s there that I reconnect with myself, every time.
After years of daily practice, I felt the desire to go deeper: to understand what truly lies behind yoga and meditation. I completed my first teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga in Bali, becoming a Certified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. This journey was not just a course, but an inner voyage: I met inspiring teachers and amazing people who guided me along the path.
An invitation to a wedding in India took me to Rishikesh, where I completed an important part of my journey with a meditation course. Today, I know I will always be a student, but I also feel the desire to share what I have received: the breath, the peace, the feeling of finding yourself within. 🪶
My life has taken me all over the world: Budapest, Frankfurt, Ravenna, Bern, Bali, India, and now Lugano.
Wherever I go, yoga remains my anchor, my daily practice that reminds me of who I am.
There are so many amazing places to explore—beaches by the ocean or towering mountain peaks… From this comes the idea of creating journeys to discover the world and ourselves. And the most beautiful part is that we can do it while practicing yoga, sharing it with people who radiate pure energy, and nourishing what feeds the soul. 🍃
