NOF - Neve Outdoor Festival

I had the pleasure of leading a yoga session at a beautiful climbing festival set high in the mountains. Surrounded by fresh air, granite walls, and an amazing community of outdoor lovers, we connected body and breath before a full day of climbing. The practice focused on mobility, grounding, and mindful movement—perfect for preparing the body for the rock and embracing the energy of the peaks around us. It was a unique moment of calm and strength in the heart of the mountains.
